Erie Insurance sells auto, home, business and life insurance through our network of independent agents in 12 states and the District of Columbia. Westover-Bon Air Insurance was established in 1989 in Richmond, Virginia. The agency specializes in small- and medium-sized businesses as well as personal lines insurance products.

The agency has three principal agents:

Gill Hughes:

• Over 31 years of insurance experience
• Towson University graduate

Bob Jones:

• More than 29 years of insurance experience
• Very active in community activities and events

John Ruch:

• Over 34 years of insurance experience
• University of Virginia graduate

Both Bob and John are Richmond natives, giving them the advantage of being able to relate to their clients on a more personal level. Customer calls are taken very seriously. “We do not have voicemail on during the day; one of our 16 educated and helpful agents will answer the phone so our clients do not have to get a voice recording,” says John.
